IBPS’s clerk exam pattern
IBPS – Institute of Banking Personnel Selection is an autonomous body for conducting all public sector bank’s (listed below) clerical, probationary officers (PO) and other specialist officer posts.
IBPS plays a vital role in selecting candidates based on their performance in the given exam and the exam pattern now has following format.
- Prelim exam
- Main exam
1. Prelim exam: in this format candidates need to qualify / clear the exam with cut-off score.

2. Main exam: The Main examination is having following format. (to appear for main exam, candidates must clear prelim exam first)

Negative marks: There will be 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer. And for unmarked questions, there will be no penalty.
